Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped from the Saraan Home warehouse. Once an order is processed, cancellation requests will be subject to a deduction of payment gateway processing and service fees of up to 30% of the paid value.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Saraan Home, two-way shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

No cancellations are allowed for customised products or products purchased during sales or using discount codes.

In rare circumstances, product dispatch may be delayed up to 180 days due to manufacturing or logistics issues. In such cases, no refund will be issued during the waiting period.

For part-payment orders, in case of cancellation, the advance amount will be treated as cancellation charges.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Delivered in damaged condition
  • Having manufacturing defects
  • Incomplete shipments
  • Incorrect product delivered

Products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice. Proper packaging is required to ensure safe return transit.

Saraan Home reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet return conditions.

Important Return Conditions

  • No returns on customised products
  • No returns on sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
  • Minor wear, transit marks, or packaging dents are not considered defects

In case of in-transit damage, customers must share images and videos within 24–48 hours to initiate an insurance claim process.

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, provided the product is received in acceptable condition.

Refunds will be issued as per the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments → refunded to the same card
  • Net Banking → refunded to bank account
  • Wallet/Gift Card → credited back to wallet
  • Other payment modes → bank transfer or cheque in billing name

After refund initiation, banks or payment gateways may take an additional 7–10 working days to reflect the amount in your account.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Product damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Damage not reported within the required timeframe
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Any alteration or modification done after delivery

If a return is approved under special circumstances, reverse shipping charges and applicable cancellation fees may be borne by the customer.

Return Pickup & Process

Once your return request is approved, Saraan Home will arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours where service is available. In remote locations, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

Reverse pickup may take 7–10 working days depending on logistics availability.
